Together with the Capital Area Labor Federation, we invite you to join us for Workers’ Memorial Day in the Capital Region.

Each year on April 28, we come together to remember workers who have been killed, injured, or made ill on the job—and renew our commitment to protecting the living.

This year, we gather at a time when workplace safety continues to be a serious issue. So far this year, 31 workers have already lost their lives across our coverage area. Many of these deaths are tied to transportation incidents, falls, and other preventable hazards.

This event is a space to come together as a community.
